Hugh helped me out with a very small job. The welds on one of my oven racks had broken, and the racks are no longer available. I couldn't even find a used one. I sent him an inquiry after business hours through his website and got an immediate reply. Hugh came to my house first thing the following morning and got me fixed right up! Definitely a go to for me if I ever need help again!
